Delivery Policy

We offer FREE TRACKED 48HR POSTAGE for any order over £40!

We aim to dispatch every single order the same day!

To clarify, if you order before 3pm (Mon-Fri) then your order will be in the post the same day, for orders after 3pm they will be dispatched the next day, all weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday.

Overseas

We can ship our products to almost any country, if you have any problems checking out or would like a price before ordering then please get in touch.  We will use the Royal Mail system where possible but for some countries we may use other carriers.

Please Note - we are currently unable to ship to a business or PO Box address within the EU

Bank Holidays Orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Carriers

The majority of our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, if you have any delivery requests then please add these to the comments section when ordering, for example, leave in porch, leave next door etc and these will be added onto the postage label.

Order Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:

We offer FREE TRACKED 48HR POSTAGE for any order over £40, with an option to upgrade to Tracked 24HR low cost of £1.50!

UK:

Tracked 24HR - £4.50 Flat Rate (1-2 days)

Tracked 48HR -  £3.50 Flat Rate (2-4 days)  FREE if your order value is over £40! 

If you qualify for FREE Tracked 48HR, then upgrade to Tracked 24HR for just £1.50.

Overseas:

International £10 for the first item and then £5 for each additional item (times vary depending on location, typically 5-7 days for EU and 7-14 days rest of World)
